Nice motel and everything is clean and neat. I would have given this place a 5 but in the family rooms, you need to install air conditioning in the main room. We were here for 2 nights in summer and the room was stuffy. The other room has air con but it is hard for the air flow to cool the main room. Overall, a lovely family room.

We picked accommodation based on previous reviews. Room was clean and decor nice. Beds comfortable. Plenty of parking out front of accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downfall was the rancid smell in the shower cubical. …

Rooms were near and tidy, the bathroom could do with a small renovation but overall it was good and well maintained. The rooms were spacious. The location is not the best as it doesn't have much walking distance but with a car you are 2 min away from the town centre.

Good location for an overnight stay on a journey. Unfortunately we had people in adjoining room who were on the phone all evening and early night when we wanted to sleep prior to an early start next morning. There are plenty of rooms and the place did seem busy. Just the luck of the draw. Wouldn’t take my 5 sat rating away though. Room was clean all the toiletries were provide and fridge to keep our supplies

This is a nice clean, convenient motel. It has a small restaurant for breakfast and dinner but I haven't tried it. I like to have fresh air from open windows and the only annoying thing is the smell of cigarette smoke blowing into the room from other guests smoking outside. It's pricey for what it is but it is Christmas holidays so you can expect to pay more. I would stay here again.

Recently spent 9 days stay at Ace Accommodation. It was everything I expected and more. Staff were so helpful and nothing was too much for them. Restaurant food was very good and they even bring meals to your room of an evening should you request. The grounds were so lovely, full of native flowers and made for a very pleasant stay. I will go back someday, very impressed

Stayed for 2 nights Nice and friendly staff The rooms are a no frills type of accommodation and were clean. So its a basics type of accommodation Which was all we needed. Ryans restaurant, which is attached to the motel is good for food too. Id stop back there again and worth considering for anyone on a quick stop in Albany

Rooms are a nice size and comfortable. Everything works fine. Parking lot is quite tight in some spaces - some people with bigger cars and/or are carrying bikes on the back may struggle with parking.
